Ecclesiastical Endorsement are needed for attendance at LDS Church sponsored educational institutions (e.g. BYU-Provo, BYU-Idaho, BYU-Hawaii, LDS Business College, etc.). In some cases the ecclesiastical endorsement is needed to complete the admissions application.

The Stake Executive Secretary or an Assistant Stake Clerk will contact you to schedule an appointment with the a member of the Stake Presidency. Please plan adequate time between your interview request and the due date for your endorsement.
